Need to go through couple of interview process starting from telephonic to face to face interview. Every round is damn too easy. They will ask some questionnaire regarding oneself background, professional experience etc. Everything they ask is like hiring kids into nursery. But the worst part of the whole story was the package they offered is terrific. You will no reasons to accept it unless you are desperately looking for a new job or you have some other compulsions.

Interview by Recruitment head and then offer was given by HR operations team. They are quite flexible in their date of joining and can even have it changed if your current company is causing an issue. They do allow notice buyback but that has to be negotiated.
