Interview
We started with phone interviews, went on s-ite and met with all of the department heads en masse, and then had to do a final session with a consultant before the offer would come. The process was not rigid, easy to manipulate the seeions and take it where you wanted it to go.

The difficult part of the process was getting the "offer", it was made, but then told you had to talk with a consultant, which took over a month to schedule and make happen, took all of the wind out of the sails.
