Written test + interview. The written test is just a simple IQ test, not too difficult. In addition to basic questions about your education and experience, the interview will also ask about your understanding of the branch or company, such as the differences between the four locations in Taipei, etc. They may also ask what kind of activities you would plan if you joined the company. The interview lasts about 30 minutes.
