Three people interview panel, team manager, apprenticeship colleague and community engagement colleague. Role play with 1 person. Questions based on essential criteria in JD Didn't ask about my knowledge of the organisation or organisations values. Promised to let me know outcome by phone next day, but I got a standard email 3 days later saying I hadn't been successful.
