The moment I walked in the office I could feel and hear the warm welcoming Family Environment which was described in the Job Advert. The interview was a relaxed get to know you chat in which the role was thoroughly explained.

Telephone interview followed by a face to face. Very warm and welcoming with a relaxed environment. There were no competency based questions, just really interested in getting to know me.

A thorough an extremely well coordinated interview process which was well explained by Shoptimised's Recruitment Manager Amy Craig.
A request to change initially interview date due to an unforseen circumstance at extremely short notice was met with full accommodation by Amy and Shoptimsed
The actual interview itself was in a relaxed environment and I was made to feel extremely welcome at the companies premises.
