While rejection is part of the process, clear communication and timely feedback would have been appreciated, especially after investing significant time into the assignment. I was told some elements were missing in my assignment to stand out from other candidates. Still, no detailed feedback was provided even after I requested clarification—which felt like a fair ask, considering the company still uses take-home assignments tied to their own product challenges. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for future candidates.
