Do not treat staff fair and actually charge you a fee you to work for them which is deducted from your wage. Very low retention rate, most employees leaving after a few months. I had actually managed to track down an old employee and he warned me to stay away from the company at all costs and to not be fooled by their "potential high earning job" lies.
