Applied through a consultant.
1st round ( Over mobile phone - Technical Round ) : Mainly questioning about APIs and Django.
2nd round ( Machine Test - Google Meet ) : A small django task
3rd round ( DIscussion with Project Manager ) : Nothing much other than discussions related to overall work experience.
First they didn't notify about any agreements while applying for the position.
Once the interviews were cleared and salary discussion came up they were insane to ask an experienced employee to sign an agreement of 2 years. Come on half the companies don't have 2 years agreement even with freshers and why can't you notify this beforehand? With negotiations they brought it down to 1.5 years. and we agreed upon a particular salary structure. Just 3 days back before my joining date they completely changed up the salary structure citing reasons as : Company policy changes . Not at all willing to provide PF to the employee which they agreed upon in the begining. And even in they begining they were reluctant to provide PF. And saying only in the next financial year to apply for a VPF. VPF and PF has some differences (which in the HRs opinion was same ). And the new salary
structure was a lot of loss. But no the HR will try to convince that it's the same. HR please. People do understand. So I kind of had a very negative impression because of the HR department and decided not to join.
