Honestly, worst interview I have ever had. They messaged me 2 days after applying to schedule an interview, after the interview had no follow up or response to my thank you email. In the original email for an interview, the recruiter told me to be prepared to discuss "X, Y, and Z". During the interview, the questions were odd, nothing to do with what he had previously mentioned. The role kept changing responsibilities and titles as we were talking and eventually had nothing to do with science or healthcare. Then the interviewer told me none of my previous healthcare or research experience would be valuable to them so they would put me at the very bottom of the pay range.
