I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sia (Houston, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
I interviewed with Sia Partners at the Houston office. The interview process was 4 rounds. I was contacted by Hessed Honstein from the Houston office who was extremely professional and gave a great impression of the organization being my first point of contact. It’s very rare to find an HR person who is as honest and caring as Hessed . She was with me throughout the process and was available to answer any queries I had. This was one of the reasons why I felt Sia Partners was a good choice.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sia (New York, NY) in Dec 2025
Interview
Just had a video first round. Didnt hear about the rest of the interview process. Super friendly and straightforward. Was not what they were looking for so. Interview was with an internal recruiter.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sia (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
This interview process stood out in what is currently an awful job market. First 2 rounds were within a week of each other and then 2 months of radio silence. They then reached out for the Partner round but then had to reschedule 3 times. By the time I got to the interview, the Partner didn't seem to know anything about my background. Second question in, she didn't like the kind of experience I had and I could tell I wasn't getting an offer. I decided to just try to enjoy the conversation but that was hard after she continued to discount my previous experience. This firm clearly underpays for the experience they're looking for. All in all, they clearly don't communicate with each other on candidates.
