There were multiple interviews which took a long time. The offer finally came but only after rounds and rounds of interviews. Even after that, negotiations still took quite a bit.
Came in through a referral. First a call with the recruiter. Then a first call with a consultant and associate manager. Second a case assessment with a consultant and a manager. Final round was a call with the partner.
