Interview
The recruiter asked me basic PC questions and troubleshooting. Asked how I would address certain issues that the customer might face. A few vocab. words and terms were asked. Network info on a basic level and a theoretical question on how to deal with a legal issue.
It was good. The hr was very polite and the interview process was also good. There were 3 rounds. 1st the assisment round, 2nd communication skill round and last the technical round.

Interview
I gave the first round which was an test , going to attend the second round which is an interview.
Guessing the second interview will be questions of basic troubleshooting. on graphic cards and pc.
There are two interviews in total. First was with the a HR where they will ask you some of the questions to see if you are suitable. Next round was taken in office and before the interview starts, you are asked to take a test.
