I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sidetrade in Dec 2021
Interview
Long, took a few months to get through the entire process. Was approximately 3 virtual interviews before the role play.
Met with the VP of sales, and another account manager. Last step was a role play with the CEO & VP of Sales, where you have to sell the software to them.
Most of the meetings were more about culture, experience and team fit than technical.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sidetrade (London, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
A virtual meeting with the Director before a few demos with the sales engineer and a role play with the CEO, VP and Director. Awful experience. Was nearly 4 hours. In parts I was struggling a bit as I didn't know the different modules that well but the CEO kept talking over me and laughing / tutting if I made a mistake. Funny old thing - I don't know the product that well! But at least assess me on how I managed the meeting. Very arrogant and old school. Wouldn't like to work there
