Phone screening followed by behavioral/technical interview. Both interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams. They wanted to hear about leadership/teamwork experience and programming experience. Have anecdotes ready. Look at the job description, see what languages, IDEs, etc. are preferred and build a small project to showcase your skills.
