Sierra Leone Diamond interview questions

Hired by EarthStream Global to work for African Minerals Ltd in Sierra Leone. Its was in London office who bring me to Sierra Leone and signed a contract with EarthStream Global.

Hiring/Interview process revolved almost entirely around "capability to work in this environment" and very little emphasis on technical ability. There were some technical questions, but very few and far between. Focus very much on the ability to "roll your sleeves up and get stuck in" though that has evolved significantly now.
