Applied online. Got selected for another step in the process which was to complete an assigment. The task had two parts and took about 2 hours to complete. Few days after submitting the tasks, I was told I was not selected to proceed with another step. When I asked for a feedback on my application, since I already spend a good few hours on it, I was just ignored.
