I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Sightlines (New York, NY)
Interview
Solo round robin interview, jumping to a bunch of different people during the process. Seem to emphasize interaction and technical skills as the primary desired attributes. Warm and welcoming through the entire process, which is nice
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sightlines (Guilford, CT) in Apr 2017
Interview
Two rounds of interviews, one phone and one in person/Skype. I was contacted about setting up an interview less than a week after I applied, and received an offer less than a week after my second interview. Overall, a very quick process.
