I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sigma Computing (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Interview Experience with Sigma has been one my best interview experiences. The team is very talented and extremely nice and helpful. They made the process extremely stress free.
I got in touch through angellist, had a 15-20 min call with the HR. They got back with a hackerrank test link, with more than enough time to complete the test. Next was a phone screen with the CTO on coderpad, he asked 2 questions and focused on code readability, quality and correctness.
Then the moved to onsite, where I had 3 rounds with CEO, CTO and founding Engineer. All 3 were more of collaborative problem solving and design sessions.
Had another telephonic round focussed on problem solving after the onsite.

Interview
You start with an online assessment. Then if you pass, you go to an initial screening, followed by an OA code review. The final round is a technical and behavioral interview back to back.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sigma Computing in Sep 2025
Interview
Overall the process is good. Interviewees are patient, willing to give guidance and response. The coding problems are written in python, and not difficult. The whole process is online assessment, bq round, oa review round, and final tech round.
3 rounds. HR round, Assessment walk through with software engineer round. Live coding session with software engineer round. Overall experience good in both the rounds. No feedback at the end.
