I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sign In Solutions (Jaipur, Rajasthan) in Mar 2019
Interview
The Interviews were thorough. If the candidate have had genuine experience in the skills mentioned in the Resume, then it was relatively easier as the questions were framed in a way such that only a person who worked on the technology/tool/skill mentioned could clear them. The Interviewers were very polite, calm and chill which sort of gives the candidate a peak in the Organisation's culture (which is awesome by the way!!).
Stage 1: Technical Interview over video call.
Stage 2: Demo of Assignment given to candidate after clearing Stage 1.
Stage 3: Cultural Interview
Stage 1 included all the questions related to QA and QE specifically focused on the skills, tools I had mentioned in my resume. After clearing Stage 1, I received an assignment for Demonstration to a panel. The Assignment seemed simple but which gave me a hint that the reason for such a simple assignment is because the panel would be more interested in the effort I may show in including stuff which was NOT mentioned in the Assignment briefing but is expected from an experienced candidate. I gave the demonstration to a panel who were very polite and keenly watched the demo and asked me questions based on my presentation. After I cleared Stage 2, I received the Invite for my Cultural Round at Jaipur(India) location. Since, I had never experienced a Cultural Round, I had no idea what to expect, but after doing some surfing on net I figured out that its just a way for both the candidate and the people in the organisation to get to know each other even more as colleagues and assess if they are a right fit for each other. The cultural round was exciting and lot of fun. On the panel we had our onsite Counterparts joining us and 3 very senior guys from Jaipur location. We talked about everything apart from things mentioned in resume, specifically focusing on what we all like to do, what we love and shared all sorts of experience.
The selection process was thorough but exciting and fun.
