The interview process was normal. I had 2 phone interviews and 1 in-person interview. The first was with HR to see if I was interested. The next was with the hiring manager. He asked similar questions to the HR person but included a couple of quality specific questions. Finally the in-person interview was with 3 different people for 2 hours. The entire process took about 3 weeks. The people were all professional.
