Interviews with HR, hiring manager, department VP, and a potential colleague, then again with HR. Was really strange, they made an offer, and I had a couple of days to cross-compare with my other offers. I reached back out to them in anticipation of accepting, and they ghosted me. Really unprofessional. Wasted my time. The people seemed really great. Would have loved to have worked with them. Ultimately their offer was significantly lower than others, but still with my range of acceptability. The people I encountered would have been my deciding factor to move forward with the offer. The company seems to have a very good handle on work/life balance and everyone there seemed very happy. Disappointing overall.
