You only have to email your CV and no cover letter is needed. There are no assessments following up. The interview process is simple where they just ask motivation questions, competency questions and a couple of technical questions.

Interview
The process was entirely virtual. Submitted my application via email. After the CV review, the interview a quick zoom call sounding out interest in IB/VC. I subsequently received my offer shortly after.
