I completed a SHL assessment as the first part of my application, then proceeded to an HR round via Zoom, but got rejected as I need a work visa to be eligible

Online assessment with math questions. First round is a case and behaviorals with a consultant. Second round is 3 case/behaviorals with 3 different partners. The final round difficulty is dependent on the partners you get but can be quite challenging conceptually.

All in all, a "normal" consulting interview heavily focused on case studies. Case studies were rather numerical and less strategy focused. Cases were interviewer-led based on a detailed initial guidance to the case.
