The first interview was a pleasant one, mostly about delegates and their remote target of execution.
The second interview was not so pleasant. Two guys, one gives you a short architectual requirement and other remains silent through whole interview, The requirement was on the ticketing system, where it was obvious that they wanted to hear a certain story and it looked like it was my job to align to that story. I can only speculate on what they wanted to hear.
When i offered an out of the box solution, one of the guys liked it. The otherone remained silent. The story consists of approach to data design and realistic scenarios of scalability and concurrency issues.
I can only guess that I didn't say what they wanted to hear, since the only feedback was that they proceeded with another candidate.
