The interview process was great! The first interview was a quick 15 minute call, and the second one was an hour long interview with a few members of the developer team. It was focused mostly on soft skills and culture compatibility, with a healthy number of more open-ended technical questions to make sure I knew my stuff as a developer. The process was very laid-back and pleasant in my experience, and the interviewers seemed interested in me as a person instead of treating me like a walking job application. In addition, responses were quick - I got a job offer within a few hours, and the HR team was constantly in contact with me throughout the process.
