I was asked about previous experience in retail and customer service. Interview was with the store manager and assistant manager. Standard line of questions. I was asked about my knowledge of the company. I wore business casual clothing.
Average first interview was basic questions second interview over the phone was a little more detailed. How would you as a manager handle an upset customer how would you handle a situation with employee that is not following policy following policy
