I went through 2 rounds. 1 HR round: 30 minutes - Very typical screening round about profile, slightly behavioral 1 round with the Head of Recruiting: 30 minutes - 30-minute call focusing on typical situations a Chief of Staff would have to solve and how I would approach the situation Next rounds were going to be panels/discussions with the different teams. I got a templated, vague rejection email with 0 feedback. The team seems quite junior and unprofessional. I think I dodged a bullet.
