Vince Srivenubalan was very unprofessional. I was offered an interview, only to have it withdrawn the next day because they said they “received an overwhelming response from applicants for the role.” I feel fortunate to have avoided a company that treats candidates this way, as it shows a lack of professionalism in their hiring process. Hopefully, this helps others.
P.S. This recruiter doesn’t appear to have a LinkedIn profile, which raises further questions about the company and its hiring practices.
I applied online. I interviewed at SinaLite in May 2025
Interview
The first recruiter call was more difficult than usual recruiter calls, he bombarded me with questions. Be thoroughly prepared. Although it seemed a candidate was already selected and it was more of a formality call.
