Worst interview experience ever. In my career of 14+ years, I have taken 100s of interviews & given a lot of interviews. They had a 5 min screening call & then called for onsite interview. So I travelled 50+ kms to reach their office. They do not have parking-lot so I had to park my car at some far away place & then walk almost a kilometer to their office. I was made to wait for a long time & then there were 2 rounds. Both very easy and mostly there were queries on my past experience & what I had built. I work for one of the alexa top 50 websites, & believe me when I say, I can handle traffic & scale a site. They let me go around noon, with the total interview time of around 25-30 min, wasting my whole day. When I take interviews, I make it a point to share the detailed feedback with my hr, so the hr can convey the same to the candidate. I kept on asking for feedback but got no response - neither from the hr nor from the chief architect of the company. I wish, I could identity such companies which take your time for granted & avoid going there.
