Pretty standard interview process where they get to know you personally and professionally. Couple interviews one that is higher overview and another that was to get to know me more.

Interview
Only got to do the initial 15 minutes interview (chat) and didn’t hear back even though I was told I’d hear back regardless of the outcome. The least site docs could do was get back to me regardless, respect people and don’t waste their time.

First interview lasted only 15 minutes, it mostly about you asking them questions about the company, they did not get back to me after the interview, I find that to be rude
