The interview process itself is fairly simple, and the questions were all standard. The issue came in with a specific individual who was incredibly rude. He had no interest in being in the interview, obviously. He himself also noted during the interview that candidates often think he isn't paying attention? Terrible way to start an interview, but lo and behold, I saw exactly what he was referring to. If people complain about an interview recurringly - it's obviously a sign to stop using this person as an initial point of contact for prospects. Awful attitude, uninterested and rude. Make sure to ask about salary range up front, as they are far below market. Starting employees as contractors is also just a cheap excuse to avoid providing benefits. 0 stars.
