Sitters Studio interview questions

Long interview process. They go by rounds. After my resume was submitted I was given a brief survey. Weeks after the survey I was offered a phone interview.

It's a one on one interview. They talk about the company, their clients and the staff. How it all works and what is expected of you as a sitter. They ask you some hypothetical babysitting questions. And they also ask questions about your babysitting style.
