      Telephone followed by two face-to-face interviews. Telephone mainly based on your previous experience and approach you follow to resolve the issues. Face to face is mainly on technical skills, how do you work under pressure, asking about scenarios/situations where you showed good customer experience by resolving issues along with CBI questions.
