Trial Shift - I was invited to do a trial shift by the exec, and was put straight on section, to which I completed that successfully and was escalated to a harder section, where another chef and I completed multiple covers.

Interview
The chef trial was such a fun time! Each stop had amazing food and cool cooking skills, really got my creative juices flowing. It was awesome to see what chefs can do!
