      Desktop Support Engineer Interview

      Nov 21, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Dallas, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sixth Street (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2023

      Interview

The interview process is an absolute dumpster fire! Their talent acquisition manager sells you on snake oil and is the ringleader of the circus. Telling you how you are a terrific and perfect fit. Then, the process takes over a month. During this dog and pony show, you don’t even interview with management or colleagues but rather members of other departments. Not once did anyone come close to a technical question but by the end, somehow I was OVER qualified for the role. A complete waste of my time!
