If you are reading this then let me tell you that don't go ahead with the interview process if you are not from Delhi. I repeat Don't go!! They will reject you irrespective of the skill and knowledge. Even if you give your best interview or whether you are the best candidate in the batch, at the end of everything they are not going to choose you. This happened to me. I tried to connect them for several times after completing all the interview rounds, HR didn't answered the call. After that one fine morning HR called me and told me that we are impressed by your tech skills still you are not selected as you are not from Delhi it's the only cons in your profile (though I was open to relocation, which I already mentioned multiple times to them), we are preferring those candidates who are from Delhi only. So if this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone or may be everyone (except Delhi guys). Interview process was pretty good. They will give you an assignment and 2 more technical rounds then another round with the CEO. Behaviour of HR is really professional (don't assume they are preferring you). Interview panel was helpful too.
very standard behavioral questions through a phone interview, can probably find them online if you want to. there was only one round with one person, very easy. and then they took couple of days to make decisions and would inform you quite quick.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Skids (Auckland, Auckland) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview was done in an assessment centre style format. We were placed into groups and had to do various activities. Individual interview, group presentation, scenarios were also given. This was fairly laid back and was much less daunting than a normal interview.
