      Wordpress Developer Interview

      Feb 12, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SkillBird

      Interview

It was a phone interview and they asked me how many years experience i have in Wordpress. Then they were really pressing me on hourly rate as that is what they really were concerned with. They were only interested in paying as a 1099 even though they have more than 50 employees. In the US you can't disguise an employee as a contractor which I think they were trying to do

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They were really only interested in my hourly rate and not much else.
