I applied for Noida location, They took 2 round Technical Interview over video call and 1 HR Interview and 1 Salary discussion. After doing every thing i was offered a system management role while i applied for JAVA Developer. Total waste of time.

Telephonic round was conducted. Interviewer was very polite. Interview started with personal information them java questions, Database questions, major project , minor project of BE. Then simple questions in Managerial round.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Skillnet Solutions (New York, NY) in Dec 2019
Interview
First there was a technical and aptitude pen and paper based test. The aptitude questions consists of abstract reasoning, quants. Quants was medium level and overall aptitude test wasn't that difficult.
The technical test consisted of oops related question on inheritance, encapsulation and finding output of programs. Medium level difficulty
After clearing the pen paper test there another round communication round 2 days later.
There simple question like tell me about yourselves were asked. The interviewer rejected people because of some mistakes on the resume. He rejected me for not mentioning B.E in my resume. Also rejected a girl because she hadn't mentioned extc in her resume.
