I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Skin Spa New York (New York, NY) in Aug 2014
Interview
I applied through their website and was asked to come in via email the next week. I was interviewed by the Senior Manager in her office and she told me about the company history and then asked me questions about my experience. She was very nice and friendly throughout and told me that she would contact me by the end of the week. When she reached out later that week she offered me the position at one of the busiest locations. I started training after that and took a test, it was a little overwhelming but seriously everyone was really nice and helpful. I think as long as you put in effort they will pass you; one of the other girls failed but she showed up late half of the time and wasn't hired.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Skin Spa New York (New York, NY) in Jun 2011
Interview
Upon entering the spa, I knew I wanted to be a part of this company. The atmosphere exuded calm, fun and eccentric qualities unlike any that I had seen on the job search. When called upon, the interviewer had a confidence that was not at all intimidating. She asked the appropriate questions and did not make me feel uncomfortable. Once we were done, I was quoted a time for an expected e-mail whether I was accepted or not and she stuck to her word.

Question 1
What had I done in the past, what did I have planned for the future and how much of my time could be given to the company. (I am assuming to leave potential for growth within the company.)
