Very relaxed, situational based questions for my host/housekeeping role. First things you'd look for when cleaning a bathroom, ranking of 5 time pressured tasks and why you'd rank them that way. Had to provide a presentation on who I would have as a dinner party guest. No cake making or menu stuff for the housekeeper role

20 min phone call followed by zoom call. phone call was very chill and asked questions like do you enjoy cooking, what do you expect of cleaning, which resort you want to be at

Interview
First, I applied online through ski jobs with a CV and cover letter. Then I had an informal telephone interview, and then a more formal Microsoft teams interview. There were also the pre-interview tasks of bake a cake and set a table for a dinner party which I had to send in photos of beforehand.

Question 1
Scenario question: your current guests have just left and you have five hours until your next guests arrive. How would you prioritise these tasks?
1. You have found a watch belonging to the guests that have just left.
2. Bake a cake for the next guests.
3. You are missing some bed linen and need to order more.
4. Shovel the snow from the path leading to the chalet.
5. Check ingredients as one of the guests arriving today is gluten free.
You have made chicken pie for dinner and one of the guests informs you they are gluten free - you didn’t know about this beforehand. What would you do?
