The interview process consisted of 3 technical rounds and 1 hr round. 1st Round: - A react test with a moderate problem statement. - PS: Test assertions were not well written on their part. 2nd Round: - Consisted of basic React questions. - The interviewer seemed very ill experienced and I had to correct the interviewer's understandings in multiple instances. - The whole interview was followed by one unusual sentence, The interviewer intended to address that I shall be working with him and should work in whatever time he prefers to work in. 3rd Round: - This consisted of moderate questions around JS and React with some design patterns. - The interviewer asked me if I was ok with extended work Hours indirectly. HR Round: - The HR round was standard explaining the leader ship of the company and other relevant details.. - The HR did not negotiate well and offered me a CTC way below my expectations. Overall: - The Senior employees looked a bit egoistic, also the salary offered was not worth the effort. It is pointless to ask one's expected and continue with the interview if the company won't be able to match the expectations. It should have been declared in the beginning, Thus saving everyone's time.
