The application process was fairly drawn out, but it was thorough. I underwent x3 interviews, each with different team members, ranging from seniors to executives. For the final interview, I was asked to prepare some creative ideas to talk through with the interviewer. It took about a week to hear back and then I started over a month later.

Interviews made up of 10 competency-based questions. Most questions can be found within the job description. They’re open to people of all backgrounds as long as you can so interest and knowledge of the end to end process. It does feel like a very junior role.
