The first interview was good. Part of the interview process was free labor, which I hate companies exploiting interviews for samples of writing, but I did it anyway. The second interview was awful. Zoom call with 2 other marketing people who looked like they just rolled out of bed and acted very childish, giggling amongst each other and making faces. Extremely unprofessional. After that, I was not given an offer but I would not have accepted regardless due to lousy pay and the attitude of potential coworkers.
