I had 3 interviews for this role, HR, Hiring manager and a current project manager. All 3 were just talking interviews to get to know you. No particular or technical questions asked.
They require you to work 15 days on, 13 days off. On the job description they mention this being seasonal but on the 2nd stage this becomes obvious that the job requires you to be on call for these 15 days 24/7, there is no work life balance.
There is only 2 people to cover shifts, hence if one of you is sick you need to use your days off. Also, company refuses to give you holidays during the days you work, i.e. your official days off are also your holidays.
The benefits sent out by the recruiter at the start don't match the actual job... And after 3 stages, they just ghost you without providing any feedback.
