I had a negative experience with interview process with SkyDreams. Despite the initial good feedback after the first round, they did not proceed with me because their CEO did not want to. The interview lasted 2 hours (instead of planned 1), and I got no feedback afterwards, except for a No as an answer and a promise to "get back to me later with a feedback". 2 weeks, total silence. Ditching people at such an advance stage of the application is a real shame. Moreover, all direct collaborators were happy with me, so I would be really interested what is it that I needed to improve to actually fit in.
Mind you, they also made me come to the office from another part of the country with a promise to reimburse the travel cost, which did not happen either.
Another negative point: they make a big deal out of you always using STAR method to communicate, but their CEO never directly asks you what he really wants to know. Instead, he expects you to read between the lines and is really (visually) irritated when that is not happening and he needs to explain. Double standards all around.
On a more general note, their CEO lacks any vision or direction on the business, and relies very heavily on people figuring it out. It's going to be very challenging to work with, because without a clear vision for the business you will end up with a blame game.
