Interview
Was contacted by a third-party recruiter. No phone screening, just two on-site interviews with a quite a few people. Three or four engineers, VP and CEO. Questions included simple coding like bit manipulations, binary trees, linked lists and a few puzzles at the end. Weren't looking for a specific knowledge of NAND or Linux kernel. Being able to solve problems was more important.

Interview
Its a start-up. Had a onsite interview first with the hiring manager and about 2 weeks after had a 5 people interview onsite. Interview questions were technical and mostly based on algorithms - standard linked lists, binary tree searches to hash map's. The interview went o.k but the status of the interview was not known for months and was never contacted back.
