I found the interview process to be a very positive experience. Human Resources were quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the process. There were two stages to the interview. The first stage consisted of an online technical test which was appropriately challenging. Two days were allocated to the completion of this test, which I felt was reasonable. The second stage consisted of an hour-long interview on site. During this interview, the questions which were asked referred to my knowledge and skills in the areas relating to the position and my experience on projects. The interviewers were welcoming, approachable and friendly. Overall I felt that the interview process was positive and conducted effectively and efficiently and communication was clear and consistent throughout.
