Easy process and quite flexible roster for an initial position in aviation. Environment is clean and easy. Boss is good. Desks are good. Location and parking are excellent. It takes 1 hour to complete the process and you are hired soon.

Worst experience ever and very unprofessional. I think there is only one guy handling the tech. R&D team and he is also responsible for hiring as I never heard from the HR, he was the only one handling all the things.
