Interview
The interview process starts with a one-on-one with the company's CEO. No out-of-the-box questions are asked. Once that process is over, it is followed by a technical test, that lasts about 2 hours. The technical test was an ASP.NET/C# test. You then review your code with project managers and explain the difficulties you had and/or why you coded the way you did.

Very long, way too much personal question during CEO meeting, 3h long assessment, 1h+ personality test. took 2+ whole month. The process is too long for a non-lead tech company.
