Skywalk Group interview questions

I had a phone screen with a recruiter. She told me they only considered candidates who have done research about the company before the next steps. She didn't tell me about this in advance. And I don't know why this so matter.

I met with the Recruiting Manager and the Director of Client Services and they were both very professional and asked great questions about my past experience and my recruiting tools/methods.
